Deliveries & Returns
Delivery charges
Delivery is FREE on all orders over €300 in the Republic of Ireland, and only €9 on all orders under €300. A charge of €50 applies to orders to Northern Ireland.
- Orders under 10kg are delivered via An Post, signed and tracked.
- Orders over 10kg are delivered via Ace Express Freight.
- We deliver nationwide in Ireland including Northern Ireland.
When will I receive my order?
Our general lead times from order confirmation to dispatch are approximately:
- Within 7 working days on outdoor heaters, aluminium patio covers and gazebos, if in stock.
- Within 15 to 30 working days on custom made retractable awnings and retractable roof pergolas.
- Lead times can increase or decrease during busy periods.
- Normally all orders within Ireland are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
Returns policy
When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return goods (other than customised or made to order products, as per EU Law) up to 14 days after receiving your order. This is the cooling off period. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund, excluding delivery costs.
- Goods that have been opened and not repackaged as new will incur a restocking charge.
- Breakages, damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.

- If a manufacturing fault occurs within the guarantee period, please inform us by email as soon as possible.
