What type of awnings do you sell?
We sell custom made retractable awnings in full cassette, semi cassette, box cassette, and classic style,
Palladio and Jamaica styles, plus retractable roof pergolas, patio covers, windbreak awnings, and gazebos.
What are the awning covers made from?
Our custom made awnings come with hard wearing acrylic fabrics. All fabrics are water repellent or waterproof, rot-proof, UV stabilised and are easy to sponge clean.
Can you replace the awning body fabrics?
Yes you can, so you can change the colour of your awning fabric each season if you wish.
How do I clean my awning fabric?
First, scrape away as much dry dirt as possible with a scraper that will not damage the fabric. Then sweep the fabric with a soft bristle brush. Finally, clean with a mixture of 60ml of washing up liquid and 125 to 250ml of white vinegar per 4 litres of water. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes to soak, clean a larger area around the stain too, then rinse with water from a garden hose, not a power washer.
How often should I clean my awning?
We recommend cleaning your awning fabric twice a year for best results. This keeps your awning looking good and extends its lifespan. Clean on a dry day with little wind and not too much sun, and always let the fabric dry fully before rolling it up.
Can I keep the awning out all year round?
Awnings must not be left open during windy conditions or very heavy rain. The fabric cover is either water repellent or waterproof and can be used during light rainy conditions.
You can leave the awning fixed to the wall all year round.
How long is the awning warranty?
Our custom made awnings and pergola’s come with a 5 year limited parts warranty.
Our Sierra aluminium patio covers come with a 7 year limited parts warranty, and our Feria aluminium patio covers come with a 10 year limited parts warranty.
